-The following account of the death of Harry L. Dorson,, which occurred at Aurora, Mo., Oct. 30, 1900, is taken from an Aurora paper. Harry until about three years ago lived at Bentonsport where his widow with her one child will likely remove. The paper says:

"The remains of Harry Dorson, who died of hemorrhage of the bowels, at his home in north Aurora, on Wednesday, were laid to rest in Maple Park cemetery yesterday, just three years from the day when he landed in Aurora in a covered wagon, accompanied by Rev. T.C. Walker and family, all of whom made the trip overland from Iowa, the journey having been virtually a wedding trip to Mr. and Mrs. Dorson, who had been married but a week or two previously. Deceased was about thirty two years of age, leaving the home of his boyhood, upon an Iowa farm to enter into the uncertain business of mining. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. T.C. Walker. We understand that Mrs. Dorson and little child are to return to their old home in Iowa, and to both of whom is extended the kindest sympathy of all in their great affliction in the loss of their beloved husband and father, the latter having made many friends here b his uprightness and square dealing with his fellow men."
