Elias Miller was born in Pennsylvania December 2, 1829, and died at Bentonsport, Iowa, November 1, 1906, aged (there is an ink line through this line of copy)

Mr. Miller has been afflicted for about nine years, resulting in paralysis, never complaing(sp) but patiently waiting until the summons came.

Funeral services were held Saturday conducted by Rev. Jas. Clark of the Bonapate Presbyterian church.
