Seth Richards Brown was born in Bonaparte, Dec. 25, 1871, and died Oct. 26, 1905, being 33 years, 11 months and 1 day old.

The funeral services were held at the home on Saturday at 2:00 o'clock, Rev. Clark of the Presbyterian church officiating, and all that remained of the once friend was tenderly carried to the last resting place, followed by a large number of his acquaintances.

The floral tributes were many and beautiful, tendered in memory to the departed and in sympathy to the bereaved parents. One especially fine emblem was from the A.F. of L., an order of which deceased was a member, and eighteen members of this lodge attended the funeral in a body.
