MRS. HUGH A. TOPPING

Mrs. Hugh A. Topping passed away at her home in Birmingham, Sunday evening at 6:45 o’clock from a heart attack, following a two weeks illness. She was born June 29, 1868, and was 73 years, 4 months and 10 days old.

She was married to Hugh A. Topping, Feb. 28, 1889, and to them were born four children, Craig, the oldest, dying in infancy. Those left to mourn their mother are Paul, Mrs. Hazel McCreery, Mrs. June Johnston, three grandchildren, one great grandchild and one brother, George Workman of Birmingham. Her husband passed away several years ago.

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 11, at 2 o’clock at the Presbyterian church in charge of Rev. H. C. Irvine.
