MRS. LENA PIERRE

Mrs. Lena Pierre, 62, wife of Ed Pierre, Ottumwa route 3, died at Mt. Pleasant Friday at 11:30 a.m.

Besides her husband she is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Beryl Kosman of Ottumwa route 2; one sister, Mrs. Rose Ulmer of Ottumwa, and three grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Monday at the Vaughn funeral chapel at 8:30 a.m. and at 9 a.m. at St. Patrick’s church where requiem high mass will be celebrated by the Rev. B. J. Decker. Burial will be in Calvary cemetery.

The body will remain at Vaughn chapel until time for the services.
