The LIFE STORY

J. E. (ED) HARRISON

J. E. (Ed) Harrison, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ned Harrison, was born near Lebanon, Iowa, December 17, 1870, and died at his home in Pulaski, Iowa, March 3, 1958.

On February 20, 1901, he was united in marriage to Stella Stewart, who survives. He is also survived by a son, Craig Harrison of Trenton, Mo., and a daughter, Mabel Harrison, at home. One child died in infancy.

Ed was a long time resident of Cantril, having been a clerk in the Manning store for many years. He had lived in Pulaski for several years and had been engaged in buying wool in recent years. He had many friends in Cantril and community.

Mr. Harrison was a member of the Christian Church.

Funeral services were held at the Pulaski Methodist Church, Thursday, March 6, at 2:00 p.m., Rev. Roy Hoover, pastor officiating, assisted by Herbert C. Shaw, minister of the Cantril Christian Church. Burial was in Maple Grove Cemetery at Cantril.
