Byron William Warner 1888

Byron William Warner, the third son of Jacob and Henrietta Wyer Warmer, was born on the home farm four and one half miles northeast of Bonaparte May 10, 1888 and passed away at this same farm Sunday. Nov. 3rd at the age of 69 years, five months and 24 days.

He was united in marriage with Hattie Mae Abernathy May 30th 1917 and to this union was born one son, Darrell Dean.

His entire life was spent on and near the farm where he was born.
He had been in failing health for a number of years and had been an invalid for the past several months. He was patient and uncomplaining in his long illness.

His chief interest in life was his home and family and he was always a lover of horses.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Harry, June 24, 1920; John, Nov. 1, 1935 and Frank, Mar. 13, 1947.

He is survived by his wife, and son Darrell, who lives at the parental home. There are also three nieces, two nephews, and a number of cousins.

Funeral services were held Thursday, Nov. 7th at 2p.m.at the Bonaparte Baptist church with Rev. Gordon Shipp officiating Music by Mr. Wallace Thye and Mrs. Dorothy Workman. Pallbearers were George Page, Lewis Benjamin, Stanley Miller, Harry (obit ends here abruptly).
