Mrs. Rebecca Stevens.

Rebecca Frees, was born in Perry Co., Penn., Aug. 15, 1833, and passed away at her home near Bonaparte, Van Buren Co. Iowa, Jan. 14, 1907, aged 73 years, 5 mo. and 29 days.

She was married Dec. 8, 1853, to George Stevens and to them were born nine children; Angeline, William, Daniel, Jacob, George, Catharine, John, Isaiah and Charley; eight of whom, with nine grand children, survive her. The family came to Van Buren Co., [balance missing]
