Was a Prominent Figure.

Sam P. Jones Drops Dead.

Sam Jones, the noted evangelist, dropped dead Monday, on a train near Little Rock, Ark.

Mr. Jones was the principal speaker at the Farmington chautauqua this summer, and made a favorable impression and all will regret the end of this illustrious life.
