Died.

Sarah Brokaw was born in Hamilton county, Ohio, December 13, 1813 and at an early age she moved to Tippecanoe county, Indiana, where she lived until grown and where she was married to M. Stackbarger, Sept. 26, 1845. They moved to Van Buren county, Iowa, in the fall of 1854, she has always resided, dying Sunday at the age of 80 years, six months and nineteen days. She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Neal and three daughters Mrs. C. Cullem, Mrs. F. Lightfoot and Mrs. Charles Stadler. Her husband dying July 13, 1878 at the age of nearly 66 years.
