HIXON.

Died at the home of his father in Cedar township, Lee county, Iowa, Tuesday, July 10, 1894, Guy R. Hixon.

Deceased was born in Lee county, November 11, 1870, and was 23 years 9 months and 29 days old. He spent his life with his parents. A couple years ago he went west in hopes of regaining his impared [sic] health, but returned to his father's home in June 1893, where he remained until his death. A father, sister and seven brothers survive to mourn his death. The funeral occurred Wednesday and the remains were buried in the Bale's cemetery.
