Mrs. Fannie Burroughs.
Fannie Bell Preston was born in Davis Co., Iowa, March 16, 1862, and died in Bonaparte Jan. 11, 1906, aged 43 years 9 mo’s. and 25 days.
She was married to Wm. Burroughs Dec. 2, 1883; there were born to them four children who are all living. Mr. Burroughs died about five years ago.
Mrs. Burroughs made a profession of religion two years ago and untied on probation with the M.E. church of this place.
Besides her children she leaves to mourn their loss two sisters, Mrs. John Workman, Mrs. Cal Paris and one brother, Timothy Preston.

Mrs. Burroughs died at her home in Bonaparte Wednesday night., January 10, 1906, of pulmonary trouble. She had been quite seriously ill and practically helpless for several weeks and was not financially able to pay for proper attendance and nursing.
