DIED - in Keosauqua, on Saturday morning, April 7, 1883, Julia E. Burton. Miss Burton was in her 32nd year and for some time previous to her death suffered the pains of consumption, and this it was that caused her death. Only two weeks before, almost to an hour, her mother died in the same house. Julia had lived in Keosauqua from childhood and was held in high regard by her many acquaintances. The severely afflicted brothers and sisters deeply mourn their loss and they have the heartfelt sympathy of the people of this community in the heavy bereavement resting upon them.
