Dale Eugene Alexander, 63, Mesa, Arizona, died at 9 p.m. February 21, 1991 at St. Luke's Medical Center, Phoenix, Arizona.

He was born Sept. 4, 1927 in Keosauqua, Iowa, the son of Arthur and Clara Alice Burns Alexander.

He married Clara Leona MoHart of Nauvoo, Ill., on July 17, 1949 at the Lutheran Church in Navoo, Ill.

He is survived by his wife, daughter, Sally Bulkley of Tempe, Arizona; son Lane of Honolulu, Hawaii; sister Evelyn Ladwig of Kahoka and four grandchildren and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents Arthur and Clair (Clara) and one sister Helen and four uncles and two aunts.

When he was a child his family moved to Wyaconda where he spent his growing up years.

He entered the U.S. Navy which evolved into a life time carreer. Following his retirmeent he settled in Mesa, Arizona.
