Mrs. Irma Bernice Koonts,58, of Keosauqua, died Monday, June 6, at the Van Buren Co. hospital in Keosauqua. She was born Sep. 29,1907, near Keosauqua, the daughter of O.N. and Anna Ewing Jemison. On Aug. 24,1930, she married Arden Koonts in Keosauqua. He died in 1960. She was a nurses aid at the hospital. Surviving are her father and two brothers, Maurice of Oskaloosa and Harold of Keosauqua.
