Miss Laura A. Sherman, daughter of J. W. and Jennie Sherman, died at Rocky Ford, Col., aged 20 years and one month. She had for a considerable time been ill with consumption and had gone to Colorado hoping to benefit her health. Her father and mother were married in Bonaparte and formerly lived here where Mr. Sherman and his brother conducted a newpaper.
