Clarence Kirsch died Saturday morning Oct. 19, 1939 in Chicago, and the body was brought to Bonaparte Monday for interment beside other members of the family in Bonaparte cemetery. When a boy he made his home in Bonaparte with his parents, his father being employed in the Meek Bros. Clothing factory.

Surviving members of the family are his mother, Mrs. Mary Kirsch, sisters, Mrs. Della Cox and Mrs. Hattie Kerr, of Bonaparte, and Mrs. Iowa Brown, Mrs. Mae Stone and Mrs. Nellie Fraunholz of Chicago; also on brother, Al Kirsch of Chicago.

He was born Oct. 11, 1887, at Bloomfield, Iowa and at the age of seven moved with his parents to Chicago, Ill., which was his home with the exception of three or four years which he lived in Bonaparte.

He was united in marriage with Lilly Laycouf and to this union, one child, Mrs. Eileen Vanderkuff, was born, both of whom survive his departure.

Funeral services were conducted Monday morning at Page's Funeral Home in Bonaparte, Rev. L. E. Winfrey officiating.
