HUBLITZ, CLARK, STANDRIDGE, LEDBETTER

Claude R. Hublitz, 73, of Mt. Sterling, died Tuesday, May 26, 1981 at 11:20 a.m., in the Fort Madison Community Hospital.

The son of Frank and Pearl Hiler Hublitz, he was born Dec. 12, 1907 in Oklahoma.

He married Mary Brown on Oct. 27, 1937 at Columbia, Mo. She preceded him in death.

He moved to Mt. Sterling from West Plains, Mo. And was a retired operator of a Rest Home.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Tom (Gloria) Clark of Mt. Sterling; two sisters, Beulah Standridge of Medford, Ore. And Mary Enid Ledbetter of Tulare, Calif.; and four grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, he was also preceded in death by his parents, and three brothers.

Graveside rites were held Thursday at 1:30 p.m., in the Bonaparte cemetery. The Rev. Edward Kail officiated. The Hofbauer Funeral Home, Farmington, was in charge of arrangements.
