Miss Mary Trimble died in Keokuk at the home of her sister, Mrs. N. A. Fuller, on Thursday morning, Dec. 8, 1904. Funeral services were held at the 2nd Presbyterian church on Saturday and the remains were interred in the Keokuk cemetery.
When six years of age Miss Trimble was taken seriously ill and since that time she has been totally blind. She was educated at and was graduated with honor from the school for the blind at Vinton, Iowa, and she also did some teaching in that institution being exceptionally skillful in mathematics. Since the death of her mother ten years ago she has resided with her sister in Keokuk.
Miss Trimble was a member of the Presbyterian church at Keokuk and at the time of her death was sixty-six years of age. She was a sister of Jasper Trimble of Bonaparte, who attended the last sad services.
