Thomas A. Hanback - Died December 17, 1912 age 74 years, 4 months. Born at Winchester, IL on August 13, 1838, the youngest of 6 children. His parents were John and Deborah Hanback and moved to Vernon, IA where they lived 15 years, then to Bonaparte March 1868. He married November 25, 1858 Miss Jenette Harryman of Vernon. Four daughters born, 2 died in infancy. Two living: Miss Mary Hanback of Bonaparte and Mrs. George B. Johnson, Ft. Worth, TX, 2 grandsons, George and Wm. Johnson. Survived by wife and 2 daughters. F-Bonaparte Cemetery, Bonaparte.
