Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Burton Shores - Wife of the late Henry Shores died in Keosauqua, aged 55 years, 7 months, 8 days on November 5, 1908. Born in Keosauqua on March 27, 1853. Married Henry Shores September 30, 1879 who died about 2 months ago. Four children; 2 dying in infancy. Two survive: Laurence E. and Eva J. who lived with their mother. F-Purdom Cemetery, Keosauqua.
