Mrs. Abigail Clarkson Freeman Burton - Abigail Clarkson Freeman was born Hamilton, OH on August 6, 1823 and died September 21, 1906. Age 83 years, 1 month, 15 days. To Wisc. (now Iowa) at age of 15 and in her 17th year married John Wesley Burton on November 26, 1839. Lived near Bentonsport. Mr. Burton died 15 years ago. Ten children; 6 have preceded her. Death at Mt. Pleasant Park near Clinton at home of Miss Martha. F-Purdom Cem, Keosauqua.
