HOWSER—Logan Earl ’39 was born Dec. 7, 1909, in Bonaparte, Iowa and died May 28, 2000, in College Place. Surviving: wife Marjorie ’33, ’37 of College Place; son Edward of Edge Creek, Ore.; stepson Cleo Lile ’58 of Kansas, Okla.; and daughter Delpha Tompkins att. of Oroville, Calif.
