William Hart, of Bentonsport, died on Wednesday of last week. He was well along in years, and died of general debility.

Father William Hart, father of our fellow townsman, Henry Hart, and also of Mrs. G.W. Jack, died very suddenly last Tuesday, the 27th, ult. Mr. Hart was born in Pennsylvania in 1811, and was therefore in his 71st year. They came to Iowa in 1856. He was a good neighbor and a good citizen. The funeral took place Thursday last from the family residence, in Oakland.
