Jacob GLOTFELTY, born Nov. 10, 1843, Somerset Co., Pa.; died May 1, 1925; at age two years moved to Iowa with his parents and lived at Winchester, Van Buren Co., about two years, then to a farm near Libertyville. Co. F, 3 IVC.

In 1874 he married Margaret HUITT, four children, one died in infancy and the other three, Mrs. Annie QUILLEN, Walter, Charley and the mother have preceded him in death. Four grandchildren: Mrs. Lee ODUM and Ernest GLOTFELTY of Fairfield, Marshall and Ruth QUILLEN, and one greatgrandchild of Mt. Pleasant are left to mourn, also three brothers and one sister.

Later he married Sarah WELLS who died Feb., 1918; afterward he was married to Sarah TEMPLE who survives. Fell Cemetery.
