LIBERTYVILLE, IA. Rankon R. COLTON, 84, longtime resident of Libertyville, died Thurs. 4:45 p.m. at Jefferson County Hospital... Services will be held Sat. 2 p.m. at the Libertyville Methodist Church in charge of Rev. Elton Coleman. Burial in Fell Cemetery.

COLTON was custodian of the Libertyville school for 20 years before his retirement 11 years ago. Member Libertyville Methodist Church and K. of P. Lodge.

Born July 31, 1873, at Selma, son of Gilbert and Mary MADDIX COLTON; married Madeline MORTON Feb. 3, 1897; she died June 21, 1947.

Surviving children: Mrs. Hazel SWANSON and Ray M. COLTON, Ottumwa; Mrs. Ethel UNKRICH and Mrs. Audrey CHISHAHOMA, Fairfield; and Mrs. Margaret REILAND, Clinton; ten grandchildren; two greatgrandchildren and one brother, Ed COLTON, Ottumwa.....
