I, Joseph Sanders do hereby make publish and declare the following to be my last Will and Testament to-wit:
1st. I desire and direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid.
2d. I give devise and bequeath to Enoch Sanders, Robert Sanders and Maggie Sage (my children) all my real estate and personal property of which I may die seized, to them in fee simple, share and share alike, to have and to hold forever, provided however that the above bequest is made upon their complying with this express condition: that if there is not sufficient personal property left at my death to pay my debts and funeral expenses and for a monument to be erected at my grave, Then my executor is directed to sell any or all of said real estate and use such portion of the proceeds thereof as may be necessary for such purpose it being my desire that, in addition to the payment of my debts and funeral expenses a reasonable amount shall be expended for a monument, which amount shall be fixed by the Court but not to exceed the sum of three hundred dollars. The above bequest being made subject to the foregoing condition.
3rd. I give devise and bequeath to my other children, Ida Cox and William Sanders, the sum of one dollar each and direct that said sum be paid to them out of any funds in the hands of my executors.
I nominate, constitute and appoint Elmer Meek my executor to act with out bond to cary out the provisions of this will.

We, John S. Moore, Harry Walker and H. B. Sloan have subscribed ourselves as witnesses to the above signature/mark of Joseph Sanders, he having signed the above instrument and declared the same to be his last will and testament. The he signed the same in our presence and we signed our names as witnesses hereto in his presence and in the presence of each other on this 20th day of Aug., 1902.
