In the name of God, Amen.
I, M. H. Ingram, of Keosauqua Iowa, being of sound mind and memory do make, publish and declare my last Will and Testament, as follows, to-wit:
1st. I desire that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid.
2d. I give, devise and bequeath to William McBeth the following described real estate, situated in the town of Keosauqua, County of Van Buren and State of Iowa, to-wit: Lots six (6) seven (7), and eight (8) in block number fifty nine (59) to have and to hold the same during his natural life time, the intention herein being to create a life estate only to the above described property in William McBeth.
3d. Subject to the life estate herein granted, I give, devise and bequeath the above described property, to-wit: lots six, (6), seven (7) and eight, (8) in block number fifty nine to my neice, Effie M. Potter, and my nephews, Paul H. and Robert R. McBeth, in fee simple share and share alike; the intention herein being to vest an undivided one-third interest in each of them in fee simple, subject to the life estate of William McBeth.
4th. All the rest, residue and remainder of my property, both real and personal, I give devise and bequeath to my nephews, Paul H. and Robert R. McBeth and my neice, Effie M. Potter share and share alike.
5th. I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint Robert R. McBeth Executor of this my last Will and Testament giving him full power and authority to carry out the provisions of my last Will and Testament.
In testimony hereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this 26th day of April, 1901.

The foregoing instrument was on this 26th day of April, 1901 signed by M. H. Ingram in our presence and in the presence of each other, and by her declared to be her last Will and Testament and we and each of us in her presence and in the presence of each other and at her request have hereunto signed our names as subscribing witnesses thereto on the date above written.
