IN HYMEN'S BOND.

Wedding of One of Bonaparte's
Fair Daughters Solemnized Yesterday.

Precisely as the clock announced the high noon hour yesterday, Rev. W. H. Scofield pronounce the words that united in marriage Miss Dorothy Christy and Mr. B. Frank Ketcham. The beautiful ceremony occurred at the tastefully decorated residence of the bride's mother, Mrs. S. C. Christy, on Third and Main streets.

The bridesmaid was Miss Regina Vale and the groomsmen Mr. George Ketcham, brother of the groom. Mr. Carl Meek gave the bride away.

Immediately following congratulations a magnificent dinner was partaken by the glad company. Many beautiful, costly and useful presents were bestowed in token of the high regard for the contracting parties.

The new bride and groom departed on the 4:30 train for Des Moines and will likely spend some time in other cities before returning. They will be at home to their friends, Donnellson, Iowa, December 15th.

Both parties to the union are so well and favorably known in this vicinity that no words are necessary concerning their merits.

The wedding was attended only by the immediate relatives of the parties and if you intimate friends. Those present from a distance were: Mr. John Ketchem, of Kirksville, Missouri; George T. Ward, Chicago; Mrs. W. R. Bell and son, Willard, Fort Worth, Texas; Mrs. George F. Smith, Miss Irene Smith and Mr. Harold C. Meek, Kesauqua; Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Robb, this is George Hagelstange and Mr. and Mrs. John Lightfoot, of Farmington; Mrs. Mary Lightfoot, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Lightfoot and Mr. and Mrs. Murray Taylor, Big Mound, Mr. W. B. Seeley and family, of La Crew, and Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Mattern, Donnellson.
