Spurgeon-Stevenson.
Roy Spurgeon and Miss Mabel Stevenson were married Thursday evening at the Baptist parsonage in Bonaparte, Rev. T. L. Smith officiating. Mr. Spurgeon is a son of Mrs. George Brassfield who lives east of Bonaparte, and Mrs. Spurgeon is a daughter of Mrs. Lousia Stevenson of this town. Mr. Spurgeon’s former home was at Farmington, having moved near here a short time ago. Mrs. Spurgeon has spent much of her life here, but has recently been attending high school at Rockwell City, Iowa, where she and her mother once lived.
