Saunders-Dawson.
At the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Dawson in this city, Sunday, April 3rd at 8:30 p.m. occurred the marriage of their daughter, Margaret Pearl, to Mr. Henry Trenton Saunders. The ceremony was performed by Rev. L. W. Coffman of the M. E. church in the presence of near relatives and a few friends.
The bride wore a dainty costume of cream mohair and lace. The groom wore the conventional black.
The wedding march was rendered by Mrs. L. M. Dawson of Aroya, Colo. During congratulations “Loves Consolation Meditations” was softly played.
The bride was one of our most accomplished young ladies, and was loved by a large circle of acquaintances.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. J. G. Saunders of Stronghurst, Ill., and is a popular young man.
A delicious two course supper was served.
Quite a number of nice presents were received.
Mr. and Mrs. Saunders will make their future home in Aroys, Colo. — Cheyene,[sic] Colo. Republican.
