Von Seggen-Thompson.
Mr. Homer Von Seggaen and Miss Lela Thompson of Bonaparte were married at Keosauqua, Iowa, Wednesday, September 22, 1909. Rev. Thorne of the M. E. church officiating. The wedding occurred about 5 P.M. Misses Ethel and Virgie Thompson and Messrs. Bert. King and Arthur Allen being witnesses.
Mr. Von Seggen is a son of Mr. and Mrs. John Von Seggen of Bonaparte, is a graduate of the Bonaparte public schools, has taught in rural schools of this county and has recently been engaged in farming. Mrs. Von Seggen is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. O. Thompson. She is a pleasant and talented young lady who has here a host of friends who extend best wishes. For a few monhts they will reside at the Von Seggen home south of Bonaparte.
