Driver Held to Grand Jury
John Russell of Birmingham was arrested Friday at Birmingham on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. He was arraigned in Justice Carl ??? court Friday afternoon and was bound over the the grand jury under $500 bond.
