STARR-DODDS

Announcement has been made of the marriage of Miss Eleanor Dodds, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H.J. Dodds of Bonaparte, with Francis Starr, son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Starr of Farmington. The single ring ceremony was performed Sunday, March 1, by the Rev. Monroe at Kahoka, Mo.

They were attended by Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Starr of Farmington and Mr. and Mrs. Bryan Starr of Burlington.

Mr. Starr has taught for several years and has recently been employed in the Burlington ordnance plant. He is now in the U.S. army, having been inducted into the service at Des Moines.

Bonaparte Girl and Army Recruit From Farmington Are Married At Kahoka, Mo.

Miss Eleanor Dodds, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Dodds of Bonaparte, and Francis Starr, son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Starr of Farmington were married at Kahoka, Mo., March 1.

The bride is a graduate of the Bonaparte high school and has been employed at the glove factory in Bonaparte. Mr. Starr passed his examination at Des Moines recently and expects to go into the service this week.
