Mrs. Harry Carpenter arrived in Brownwood, Texas, December 6, to make her home with her husband. Private Harry Carpenter, who is stationed with the service troop of the 113th cavalry at Camp Bowie. Their home address is 1200 Austin avenue, Brownwood. Mrs. Carpenter is the former Maxine Morris.

Mrs. Thompson Clark entered the Burlington hospital Monday for observation and treatment.
