Mr. and Mrs. T.D. Morris are announcing the marriage of their daughter, Maxine, to Mr. Harry L. Carpenter, son of Mr. C.L. Carpenter of Burlington. The marriage occured on May 15th in Kahoka, Mo. The groom is a member of Service Troop 113th Cavalry stationed at Camp Bowie, Brownwood, Texas and returned to service on May 17. Mrs. Carpenter will join him later. The bride is a graduate of Stockport high school and has many friends here who extend congratulations.
