Family Reunion

A family reunion was held Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. J.A. Weber near Glasgow. A cooperative dinner was served at noon, and the afternoon was spent in visiting.

Those present were Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Walker and two sons, Mr. and Mrs. Merlin A. Walker and daughter, Carolyn Grace, all of Ottumwa; Mr. and Mrs. Hollis Regur and son, Billie Dean; Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Walker and daughter, Kathryn Alene of Keosauqua; Mr. and Mrs. Ed Walker and granddaughter, Etta Marlene Rehkopf of Stockport, and Verne Webber. Mrs. John Webber is a sister of Ed Walker.

Mr. Floyd Rehkopf had the misfortune to cut the tendon in his right thumb two weeks ago. He went to the Jefferson county hospital Friday for an operation to join the tendons. As a result he has a very painful hand which he is now carring in a sling.
