Announcement has been made of the marriage of John Reed of Fairfield and Miss Ella Mae Smith, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Pearl Smith of Birmingham. Ella Mae is a graduate of the Birmingham high school and nurses training school of the Jefferson county hospital. She has been surgical nurse there for a number of years and has done her work most efficiently. She is held in high esteem by all who know her and they are many. We all wish for her happiness and the best there is in life.
