Married.

At the residence of the bride's mother, Mrs. Anna Nelson, in Bertrand, Wednesday evening, April 22, Miss Emma C. Nelson to Orin N. Smith, both well known young people of Bertrand.

The wedding is described as a very pretty affair, the ceremony being performed by Rev. J. A. Embree at 8 o'clock, in the presence of about thirty-five assembled guests.

Wedding gifts were quite numerous, and among them some expensive and beautiful things were received.

Mr. and Mrs. Smith, we understand, will reside for the present with the bride's mother. -- Bertrand (Neb.) News
