KEPT VERY STILL ABOUT IT.

William Wolfe and Miss Blanche
Easling were Married at
Ottumwa July 4, 1902

COURIER GAVE IT AWAY.

On July third and fourth William Wolfe was attending a shooting tournament in Ottumwa and Miss Blanche Easling was visiting her sister in Fairfield. This is about as much as Bonaparte people knew of their whereabouts and all things moved on in the even tenor of their way, except that Miss Easling quit working in the tailor shop and began making clothes for herself.

On Friday evening August 1, the Ottumwa Courier published a list of July marriage licenses and among those for July 3 Bonaparte people read the names, William Wolfe to Miss Blanche Easling. They were married in Ottumwa on July 4. [handwritten "02"]

Mrs. Wolfe is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Easling of Bonaparte and has spent most of her life in and near Bonaparte. She is a graduate of the schools of Bonaparte and is well qualified to make for Mr. Wolfe a happy home.

Wm. Wolfe has long been a resident of Bonaparte and as a contractor and builder is well and favorably known to Van Buren county people.

They expect to go to housekeeping as soon as possible, Mr. Wolfe at present being so busily engaged in building that he has not the time to prepare a home.
