Mitchell-Grages Marriage

The Des Moines Daily News prints the following: "A marriage license was issued to Mr. Frank Mitchell and Miss Amanda Grages, both of Valley Junction." The people are well known here, the former being the son of Mr. and Mrs. George U. Mitchel [sic], and the latter, a daughter of Henry Grages, who lives on Vernon Prairie. We did not learn the date of the marriage.

Note: placement of clipping in scrapbook suggests year of 1901.
