Both bride and groom were at and looked their very best in every aspect. After the ceremony refreshments were served to the satisfying of all present.
Quite an array of presents costly, but all very useful were an evidence of the esteem in which Mr. and Mrs. Eddy are held.
Both are natives of Van Buren county the bride never having lived in any other home but the one in which she was born and married, and both the county may well be proud to claim as citizens. Bonaparte hoped that Mr. Eddy would find it profitable and convenient to locate here but wishes them success and happiness in the city where they now reside.
Mr. Eddy is now manager of the Iowa Produce Co. at Farmington. For several years he lived at Bonaparte, being employed here in the Rees Carriage factory, and all here who know him are his friends. Mary his shadow never grow less.
During the evening of their marriage they went to their own home on west Second street in Farmington which has been in process of preparation for several weeks. A host of friends wish them well. The RECORD extends congratulations.
