Syfert-Warner.
Wednesday evening October 12 1904, at the residence of Mr. Ambrose Warner just three miles south of Utica in the presence of quite a few of the relatives of both the bride and groom at six o'clock P. M. Miss Lily Warner was married to Mr. James Syfert by the Rev. Geo Wehn pastor of the M. E. church of Bonaparte.
A dinner of good things, well prepared, tempting the most fastidious taste, prepared under the supervision of Mrs. Warner who, by the way is a daughter of Mother Mary Ely of Utica whom the preachers all say is a No. 1 cook, and of course Mrs. Warner could not well be otherwise.
The bride and groom where recipients of a number of very pretty, useful, and valuable presents.
By one who was there.
