BROWN IS MARRIED.
MISS VERA TUFTS.
The following clipping from the Florence, Kansas, Bulletin explains itself.
"Mr. Everett Brown of this city and Miss Vera Tufts of Eskridge were united in marriage at the latter place, Wednesday June 8th, at 10 o'clock a.m. They arrived here yesterday afternoon and will make their home in the Toppings property on East Sixth street. Mr. Brown is a most excellent young man and his bride was one of Eskridge's most popular and accomplished young ladies. They have the most hearty congratulations and best wishes of every one. A full account of the wedding will be given next week."
Mr. Brown was for a year of more employed at Eskridge, the home of the bride, but for the past year has been at Florence. He is a son of Mr. and Mrs. John W. Brown of Bonaparte and was educated in the Bonaparte schools where he graduated. Mr. Brown and Miss Tufts visited in Bonaparte in 1903 and many people here became acquainted with the lady who is now Mrs. Everet Brown. The RECORD joins with friends here in extending sincerest congratulations. Miss Tufts is a school teacher and an accomplished young lady whom to know is to admire. May the first wedding tour they take be in this direction.
