MARRIED
Sunday evening May 22 at 8 p.m., there was a wedding at the home of Mr. and Mrs. James Finn, the contracting parties being their daughter Alwilda and Mr. Tom Eller; only the nearest relatives were invited. The bride is one of Van Buren counties most successful teacher while the groom is an industrious youn man of Anson, Mo., who is well and favorably known.
They were the recipents of some very useful and beautiful presents. The bride was attired in pale blue silk waist and skirt of gray novelty goods and carried a beautiful white fan, a wedding gift. The groom wore conventional black. The Rev. Mr. Carson after pronouncing the wedding ceremony, led the way to the dining room where a beautiful supper was served.
That the storm clouds of their life may disperse and fly away as quickly and gently as did the threating strom on the evening of their wedding day, is the wish of their many friends.

Posted in the local Newspaper, pehaps The Republican.

Alwilda Finn was my great aunt, her brother Charles was my grandfather.
