The Ft. Madison Democrat last week contained the following which will be of interest to our people: “Russell – Thompson. At the residence of the officiating clergyman in Ft. Madison, Iowa, Thursday, Apr. ___, 1904, at 7:45 P.M., Mr. Geo. W. Russell and Miss Lizzie Thompson, Rev. H.C. Ab_________ of the First Baptist church officiating. __e Groom is a young and prosperous (far)mer of near Bonaparte and the bride is (fro)m Van Buren county.”
