“JACK” MORRIS MARRIED
MRS. CAD RYLAND.
“Daddy” Sharp has lost his star border.
The expected has happened. The pretty little cottage near the school house had been prepared for the habitation of Mr. and Mrs. J. O. Morris, but Mr. Morris wanted to wait until after the election before he started across the sea of matrimony.
The following paragraph was written by “one who was there” and tells the when and where. The RECORD joins with the many friends in extending congratulations.
The wise ones of Bonaparte who had muchly declared and surmised that indeed Mr. John O. Morris and Mrs. Clara S. Ryland were married, will now be gratified to know that indeed they are. For witnesses, Mrs. Cynthia A. Troutman and Mrs. Susan C. Wehn say they witnessed the ceremony by which they were pronounced husband and wife performed by Pastor Geo. H. When on last Saturday evening at 8 o’clock and in the Methodist Parsonage. Both the Bride and Groom were at their best and stood the ordeal right well. They will be at home to their friends in the house lately fitted and furnished by the groom.
