Luman information taken from old family Bible belonging to Mary Luman Kutzner, mother of Helen Modena Kutzner Chambers, who now has possession of the Bible.
Page 1:
Laban Luman and Rachel Shipley were married September 1, 1825 in Guernsey County Ohio by Esquire Scott.
Laban Luman was born in Pennsylvania January 4, 1801. Rachel Shipley was born in Pennsylvania April 2, 1806.
George Luman and America Helen Colvin were married December 18, 1867 by Rev. Kittle in Scotland, Miller Twp. Missouri.

Martha Ellen Luman was born May 30, A.D. 1851 and died March 20, 1872 20yr, 9mo, and 20 days.
Sarah Ann Luman was born May 28, 1826 and died August 10, 1851, aged 25yr, 2mo and 22 da.
William Luman died on March 10, 1851, age 24 years.
James Luman died in the year of our Lord 1854, December 14, Age 21 years.
Fredrick Luman died in the year of our Lord 1855 February 10 Aged 16 years.
Anon Luman died in the year of our Lord 1855, July 7 Aged 23 years.
Mikle (Michael) Luman died in the year of our Lord 1870 June
14, aged 21 years and 9 months.
