See the link below to a bio on Brevet Major General James Alexander WILLIAMSON, who was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor on January 17, 1895. He married Maggie Ann GREGORY, daughter of Adley GREGORY (1797-1877) and Margaret Armstrong (WALKER) GREGORY in Van Buren County in April, 1853.
