Died Sunday
Eric Moberg, 54, prominent farmer living on North cherry street, died at his home Sunday morning at 7:15. He came to the United States 35 years ago and lived 18 years on the same farm.
Mr. Moberg was born in Sweden, Sept., 1, 1884, and was married in Creston in 1914 to Anna Lindman, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Donald and Lowell Moberg and a daughter, Doris, all of Creston; three brothers, The Rev. David Moberg of Duluth, Minn., Arvid and Henning Moberg of Sweden and a sister, Victoria of Sweden.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 at the Baptist church where Mr. Moberg was a deacon, conducted by the Rev. Walter Lampiere. Pallbearers will be All Pearson, Claus Selander, Carl Swanson, Claud Molby, C. J. Nelson and Elmer Laughlin. burial will be in Graceland cemetery
